Simple Steps For Collision Repairs

The following are some standard procedures which
will allow very smooth flow for the Insurance
collision claims and efficient
start of repairs.
1. You must first fill out completely an
insurance claim form. If any information
is left out it will delay your claim.
2. For collision you must make a police
report to the nearest police station of the
accident.
3. In order for your repair to get started
on your collision you must pay an excess and
depreciation where necessary either to the
Insurance Company or to us.
4. When the above has been done the
Insurance Company will appoint an adjuster to
view the vehicle, once the vehicle is viewed the
adjuster report is done and this is sent to the
Insurance Company to be approved.
5. The approved figure will be given to us
once the figure given is satisfactory to carry
out repairs we will then agree and accept the
order.
6. Item #5 will take approximately three
(3) working days. Your repairs will now
get started.
7. When your vehicle is completed you will
be required to check it through and sign a
satisfactory form for delivery.
